 Buenos dias Isabelle,
Saludos,
MARIA JOSE

Dear Tarun,
We are now back home, with a cold and rainyweather. It is not easy for us to come back to normal life after 2 weeks of pleasant journey.
In the name of the four of us, I would like to thank you for the quality of your organisation. We were able to see everything on the programm except Fatehpur Sikri due to a major traffic jam and we asked the driver to drive us directly to Agra.
A special thank for your driver who has been so kind and professionnal with us. We also enjoyed the different guides, each one with his own personnality but all of them decided to show not only the history of the country but the life of the people. And that was the kind of things we were looking for. Your representatives were also always there when needed.
No problems at all with the hotels. A special mention to Fort Dhamli with a particular welcome from our guests. Please do keep using them for small groups. Only a slight mention with the Raj Palace where the service is quite cold.
Thank you again for this trip. We will not hesitate to strongly recommand your organisation if some of our friends in France wish to travel to India.
We sent Yann a picture of your driver, could you please give it to them.
Best regards

Dear Tarun,
We have had wonderful trip and we have been impressed by the kind regards & service of your employees and representatives, always waiting for us in every city. We really feel we have been treated extremely well and I want to thank you for that. Thank you also for letting us stay at the Imperial the last day. We have been a bit stupid this day, asking the driver to come back to go shopping, only to realize that everything we wanted was just accross the street. Our apologies to him - we couldn't express them to him as he doesn't speak very well English-...
Guides and drivers were all very helpful. We truly enjoyed everyone of the guides, and their diversity also. And you were right about pushing us toward French-speaking guides, it helps tremendously to be able to speak your own langage... We enjoyed a lot the Oberoi hotels, which are a model of luxury, wonderful places... And you were right to send us to Devi Garh as this was the only place where we could see what a "real palace" was really like, with its old design... We got a bit harrassed at that place by people who wanting to know if we were happy of their services (they asked like 10 times a day... and for dinner, once they realized we really enjoyed their food, they sent us all their hierarchy to get our nice comments !) but it was a nice experience...
As you are aware, we were quite anxious of the type of offering we would get taking directly a travel agency in India. I am sorry for all the references we asked you but we had to get reassured at that time. As you probably will get more customers of our type in the future, don't hesitate to have them contact us if they need any references.. And we'll mention you to friends and family in case anyone wants to do a trip to India...
Thank you so much for everything,
Best regards,
Isabelle
And sorry for the coats... I hadn't realize that we had lost them around two different places !

Hello Tarun,
We are now in Delhi, everything went fine and I want to thank you for the perfect organisation of the trip.
As expected, the car was very good, and you can congratulate the driver : he is both excellent and very professionnal.
All the organisation was efficient and all the milestones planned were achieved at the right time.
For the guides, most of them were very good, but some of them less useful.
I will strongly recommend your agency for any friends wanting to visit India.
Best Regards,
Stephane Tortajada

We want to thank you for your organisation, which was as well as possible. In Cochin , Malabar aHouse is a nice place but if the tourists prefer authentic places and contact with people I will choose Olavipe homestay which is located 30mn from Fort Cochin.
Best regards and we hope to work with you when we will visit Rajhastan. F. Munsch and family.
NB:I send a mail inOlavipe ,for more than one week and we have no answer; Ihope they had no problem with the tsunami?

Dear Mr Raikhy,
Our travel back home went smoothly and we found France again under stormy rains – with many floods in the south – east quarter of the Country.
Befor to tell you about my travel’s feeling and comments, let me – and my friends – thank you for your courtesy and professionalism.
I also would like, you to convey our thanks to your staff and to all of your representatives for their responsability, efficacy, availability and kindness.
Thanks to their help, the tour went extremely well and were very pleasant.
We also thank you gratefully for the last dinner you organized in Dehli before we left.
My comments
1. Your representatives
As told before, all of them welcomed us friendly and carefully
2. The guides
We appreciate all the guides, especially those from Jaisalmer, Jodhpur and Agra
Each guide brought his knowledges making us discover India’s history, culture, society and religion.
3. Hotels
Good on the whole, but we have been surprised by the bed smell (disinfectant or fusty smell) of bedrooms in several hotels (Laxmi Nivas Palace, Himmatgarh, Shiv Nivas Palace)
I give a special mention to :
as luxury hotel Imperial (my favorite for the fine renovation having preserved charm and genuineness – very cosy and kept in good order, good service)and Umaid Bahawan Palace
as castle Neemrana Fort (despite the rat in the toilet !
pleasant architecture and gardens and reception, quality of the show in the open air amphitheater-classical india’s dances)
We also appreciate the Rawla Resort for its location in the dunes, nice reception and nice people, fine typical naïve art paintings on the walls, kept in good order, ( only the maintenance of the water in the toilets could be improved, if possible)
I liked espacially the camel riding ! ! and good organization too
We have been a little disappointed with :
Himmatgahr Palace Hotel despite its excellent location for a viewpoint on the Jaisalmer Citadel and its good architecture and nice typical decoration, and nice people at
reception ;
the hotel’s facilities (installations) are not proportional to the site : gardens are not completed, decrepit garden’s furnitures, cloudy water in swimming pool,no lobby and no bar to take a drink, poor decoration and sub-lighting in the dining-room, bathrooms’ fittings need absolutely to be improved, difficulties to get hot water on shower and too strong bed smell (disinfectant) in the bedrooms This hotel is worth to be renovated to get a better standing.
Ghanerao Castle despite a nice & charming fortified castle architecture, nice people,
the building is worth to be renovated from top to bottom to get a better standing
India is a contrasted & attractive country
We all enjoy our tour and I hope to be back one day…
Kind Regards

Hello Tarun,
I apologize for not having given you news of our trip back, quite hard indeed, but we got to Madrid fine.
Everybody was enthusiastic about the trip and the way you handled everything. You sure have got a bunch of supporters over here. I want to thank you personnally for the very kind attention you had for us on the last evening. It was unexpected and very well received. It is a pity that some of us were ill or a bit tired, but we still enjoyed a lot.
This is the kind of personal touch hat one never forgets.
I will collect the adresses and send them.
For the money, I'll see what is the best way. Could you perhaps pass a charge on my credit card if I give you the number? The signature is not important unless I would dispute the charge, you know that...
Best Regards,
Thierry
PS. I am still chasing British Airways, but nothing for the moment ...

I know that Edward has submitted a tour report to you which I am sure you will find constructive and helpful. On behalf of Jean and myself, we would like to thank you for arranging a most comprehensive and interesting tour of North West India. The attention to detail in the planning and execution of
our tour ensured that everything went smoothly and that we were able to relax, soak up the culture, and enjoy a wonderful and memorable holiday.
We found your tour guides and representatives most efficient, courteous and helpful. Our driver, Mr Singh, was outstanding and, having seen what he had to contend with by way of traffic of all varieties coming in all directions at all times, I can assure you I shall not be applying for his job!
We will be pleased to recommend you to any of our friends contemplating visiting your wonderful country.
We would love to meet up with you in London. I am a member of the East India Club, which as you know is only a few yards from the Army & Navy.
I saw that you are moving to Salisbury, a city in which my Firm, Strutt & Parker, have an office in which I worked for four years before moving to Exeter in 1982 to open our South West office.
With best wishes
Robin Thomas

Dear Tarun
this second trip was fabulous, so rich in colours, and meeting people.
It was different from the north, the country is very beautiful , it's richer than the north.
It was a good formula with a week in towns and a week in nature.
We have seen elephants very near us, it was incredible.
My husband and I appreciate a lot this second trip, your organisation was always on time and the guides were very interesting.
More, I should like tell you that our driver was a very very good driver, he took care of us, he was very attentioned, I think you can keep him in your team.
Thanks to you for your organisation and perhaps fo a new trip in the future
Best regards
