- Rates mentioned are on a per room basis for the period of stay mentioned in any of the participating hotel.

- The above rates are inclusive of Buffet Breakfast and currently applicable taxes.
- Additional nights can be availed on a pro-rata basis at the participating Trident Hotels.
- Base room category accommodation includes Superior room at Maidens Hotel, Deluxe Garden View room at Trident Agra, Trident Udaipur and Trident Jaipur.

PAYMENT TERMS & LIABILITY :
1) The Package Booking to be done on 100% advance payment non refundable. (Once our package is booked and paid, there shall be no refund due to what so ever reason)
2) All Payments to be sent to us by SWIFT Bank transfer to our Bank Account in Delhi.
3) We do not accept Cash & Cheque payments.
4) The booking dates can be changed but depending on availability of rooms at all participating hotels in the package.
5) 100 % Cancellation charge incase of cancellation of tour (with in 30 days of starting the tour )
6) Incase of any Tour cancelled minimum 1 month before start, we will charge 10 % cancellation charges + Bank Transfer charges.
7) SANSKRITI TOURS PRIVATE LIMITED will accept no responsibility for loss or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air & transportation schedules or other services, sickness, weather, strikes, war quarantine or other causes. All such losses or expenses must be borne by the passengers/company themselves.
